Link to the business partner

  • You will prevent duplicates in your membership administration and your erp-back-end. That allows always an automated exact assignment of all business transactions to your customers / members.

Active/passive memberships

  • You can adjust for a defined period the memberships status temporarily.

Automated fee administration

  • A wizard allows to create all membership invoices with the accurate fees with one click. It is possible to transmit the created invoices via SEPA direct debit as a file to the bank and, if required, to dun these by the connected financial accounting directly.

  • The memberships can be created in different and customized ways tailored to your club, so that they can be invoiced differently as well.

Revision history of member information

  • All changes related to a member will be stored in a history, so that the appropriate employee can be contact in case of querries.

Quick assignment of divisions and functions

  • A wizard allows the assignment of players to the related team on the basis of the players age, for example.

Integrated reporting system and linking to the players administration

  • This includes the report to the German Sports Federation, which will be realized with a predefined report. Thereby players and master passport data will be linked to the member automatically.

Clear analyses and reports

  • Send birthday greeting by a daily birthday mailing to your members and offer a special discount of 5%, for example.

Quick creation of members

  • By the use of the quick entry form the members master data can be created quickly and edited in a later step in detail. This can be combined with a permission management. Due to this a temporary help, for example, is allowed to use the member quick entry form but only the financial accounting is able to edit the bank data of this member.

Connection to ticketing software

  • With the interface it is possible to exchange data between the systems and to enrich them.
